Our Rooms

Our amenities include Luxurious Goose Down Duvets and Pillows Soft White Cotton Linen, Fluffy Towels, Bathrobes, Bedroom Slippers & Hair Dryer in all our ensuite rooms. All our rooms are fitted with LED flat screen HD TV, Electronic Safe, while Iron and Ironing Board is available on request. We accept major Credit Cards. Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms.

Country Lodge Rooms

The Scottish Highlands styled rooms are inspired by the surroundings with accents of tartan, oak floors, and wall panelling. The charming rooms make you feel like you are in a Highland home.

Deluxe Country Lodge Rooms

Scottish Highland individually styled rooms facing the lush green hills. Some rooms have inviting gas fireplaces and antique pieces of furniture for a nostalgic ambience.

Luxury Loch View Rooms

Pine forests and glistening lochs are the scenic views that will greet you in these dark wood with tartan and plaid rooms. Snuggle by the Victorian tiled gas fireplaces and the rooms are an inviting Highland retreat.

Family Room

A whimsical two bedrooms adjoined by a cosy corridor suite, that is furnished in soothing shades of soft blue plaid with wrought iron beds. An ideal setting to relax in after an adventurous day of discovering the Highlands.

The opulent rooms have writing desks, fireplaces and cosy seating area with a sofa cum bed, which is ideal for a family.

Luxury Spa Rooms

Our spa rooms reflect the picturesque views of the loch with hues of cream n pale blue for a calm serene ambience. Situated on the banks of Loch Lochy, the rooms give a spacious feel especially when on the patio admiring the striking scenery.

Robert Burns Suite

A tribute to Scotland’s national poet, the interiors reflects his humble rustic lifestyle with warm beige and brown colors, a four-poster bed, oak flooring and vintage dark wood furniture. The pullout sofa allows for beautiful views through large windows.

Mary Queen of Scots Suite

For a touch of royal medieval grandeur, this luxurious suite is homage to the famous Queen of the Scots. The Scottish blue drapery, antique furniture, canopy four poster bed, carved wooden dining table and spacious seating area in front of by a marble fireplace will take you back in time to the 16th century.

Our suites are individually designed and most luxurious of all the rooms. Each one is unique in style with a king size or four-poster bed, a view of the loch, lawns or mountains. The ensuite bathrooms have walk-in showers and bathtubs, somewith jacuzzi baths and some with saunas.

Accessible Rooms/ Special Requests

At Black Sheep Hotels, we understand that every customer has different needs and we aim to make our hotel facilities and accessible to all our guests equally. Dog Friendly

Dogs are always welcome at the Black Sheep Hotels and all our hotels have dog-friendly rooms. Reservations

Reservations and enquiries can be made online, by phone or email. All requests are subject to availability and you will receive a confirmation from the Hotel. Please ensure that our staff are made aware of any special requests or requirements and we will all do our best to help.

When you arrive

We have special parking facilities right next to our hotel entrance. Please inform the duty manager when you are close to the Hotel and we will be delighted to collect your luggage from your car and deliver it to your room.

Our reception staff will be able to advise you about the room facilities and access to the bedrooms and public areas of the hotel.
