Procedures have been established to provide for regular deep cleaning and sanitization of surfaces throughout the hotels at regular intervals whilst paying more attention to areas with increased guest contact.
Our rooms are thoroughly sanitized before every check-in and linen used is washed at suitable temperatures for optimal disinfection.
Our self-catered cabins will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every use, and all linen will be washed as per process. The necessary cleaning agents will be stocked for guest use during their stay with us and additional help will be provided as nominal charges which can be confirmed with the Reservations Department or Front Desk if required.
We are constantly reviewing the advice given by the Government and where deemed necessary, our team will be wearing protective wear, including face masks, visors and gloves.
Temperature checks will be administered for guests, team members and suppliers where legally permitted or required.
A safety management team has been established to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken prior to opening and to enforce regular training on these protocols to reinforce their importance.
Our Reservations Team is available to accept fresh bookings for current and future dates and we hope to be able to welcome you soon.
You may only cancel or change a booking if it has been made on a refundable rate and if the cancellation is made within the period as stipulated in the cancellation policy. Please contact the Reservations Department for any cancellation or change that you may wish to make to your booking. We will let you know if a requested change is possible, and we will send you a confirmation email with the new booking details if the change has been accepted.
If you are unable to travel due to government laid travel restrictions pertaining to Covid19, a credit note will be issued with a validity till June 2023 according to the value of the booking. This credit note can be used to make a new booking at the Best Available Rate for the new date and the difference, if any, will have to be paid.
We request you to consider the flexibility built into the rates. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for booking made on non-refundable rates or alternatively for bookings that are not cancelled as per the cancellation policy.
We strongly advise our guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellation. Exceptions cannot be made regardless of the circumstance.

All new reservations booked on refundable rates for rooms and cabins, post January 22nd for arrival on or before June 30th, 2021, can be rescheduled or cancelled without any charge up to 15 days prior to arrival.

Our team members have been trained to identify the symptoms of COVID19 Temperature reading will be taken on arrival and upon identification of any symptoms Guests may be asked to remain in a separate room till a further decision is made and as per guidelines the NHS will be informed. All keys will be sanitized, and our welcome letters will share detailed information for each hotel/cabin about the facilities available and applicable protocols.

We will accommodate Up to 6 people from 3 households in our indoor public spaces and up to 8 people from 8 households outdoors.
