Redemption of Hotel Credits :

Upon check in your room folio will be credited with an amount equivalent to your room rate excluding VAT.
This credit can be redeemed against spa therapies or food and beverages. Any balance payments over and above the credited amount will need to be paid at the time of check out.
The credited amount must be utilized in full during your stay and will not be reimbursed or carried forward to another booking.
Hotel credits cannot be utilized at other Black Sheep Hotels.
Hotel credits cannot be utilized toward ancillary payments such as; extra bed, extra occupant, pet charges third-party payments, car transfers, gift vouchers, room upgrade, service charge or any other goods / services.
Bills paid directly at any outlet cannot be later adjusted against hotel credits at the time of check-out.
All extra services and amenities that are not part of this offer will be charged additionally.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by you 15 days before arrival – full refund.
Cancellation by you 8 – 14 days before arrival – 50% refund.
Cancellation by you 0 – 7 days before arrival – no refund.
Amendments to bookings made for dates of stay / reduction in the number of people will be subject to availability of rooms and cancellation policy of the Hotel.
