Terms and Conditions:

• Valid from 1st March until 31st May 2023.
• All bookings for the castle and the distillery tour are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Black Sheep Hotels cannot guarantee availability for these inclusions and our reservations team will confirm their availability via e-mail. Please check with our reservations team if you do not receive a confirmation mail within 48 hours of making your booking.
• In case tickets are not available on the date of your choice you will be allowed to amend your booking to an alternative date and any difference in rates will have to be paid by you.
• Pet-friendly (dogs only) rooms are subject to availability and are on a chargeable basis of £25 per pet per stay.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation by you 8-15 days before arrival – 50% refund.
• Cancellation by you 0-7 days before arrival – no refund.
• Amendments to bookings made for dates of stay/reduction in the number of people will be subject to availability of rooms and cancellation policy of the Hotel.
• Cancellation or amendments for the castle and distillery tour will be as per the respective company’s terms and conditions. This component of your package may attract a retention charge even if you cancel your reservation or change your dates of stay.
